Introduction
QuickLoan is a mobile application that provides loan services to users in Bangladesh. You can apply for short-term loans through the App, which requires us to collect, store, verify, and validate your personal information. Personal information collection
When registering and applying for a loan, we will collect your name, ID number, contact information, occupation, income and other information. This data will be used to comprehensively evaluate your loan eligibility and credit status in order to match you with suitable loan products, and to send repayment reminders and service communications. Location permission
Before applying for a loan, we need to obtain your approximate location information. This information is used to recommend loan solutions that comply with local financial policies and market conditions, and to provide localized customer service and support. Furthermore, we only provide loan services to Bangladeshi citizens, so we need to use your location information to determine whether you meet the application requirements. Camera permission instructions
When filling in the loan information, you need to upload a photo of your ID card/bank card or perform face recognition authentication. The camera function supports direct photo shooting to improve operational efficiency. The camera will not be used for other shooting operations without your explicit authorization. Application list permissions
To protect the security of your funds and data, we will collect the application information you actively installed in the application market (excluding device native application data). Scan the device to detect high-risk applications, Trojans, viruses and other harmful programs. If such applications are found, it may affect your credit score. Contact information permissions
This permission is mainly used for irregular telephone return visits to understand user needs and optimize application functions. At the same time, when further verification of loan application information is required but you cannot be contacted directly, the emergency contact information will be used as a backup contact information. We only use your contact information in necessary scenarios related to loan services and strictly protect the information from being leaked. SMS permissions
We need access to some user SMS messages to ensure the authenticity of applicants and prevent loan fraud. This information is primarily used to determine whether users use real devices to conduct independent loan transactions, and whether multiple loan transactions are made using the same device or number. Such situations may be considered loan fraud. Improve and optimize our services, and enhance the functionality and user experience of the application by analyzing your usage data and feedback.
Communicate with you, including sending you service-related notifications and messages, such as loan approval results, repayment reminders, application updates, etc.
Conduct internal audits, data analysis and research to improve our products and services and better meet user needs.
Storage of Personal Information:
(I) Storage Location
We will store your personal information in an encrypted server. If it is necessary to transfer your personal information overseas, we will obtain your explicit consent in advance and take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected overseas.
(II) Storage Period
We will determine the storage period of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations and business needs. After your loan application is processed and the relevant business activities are completed, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with regulations, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or you agree to retain it separately.

(iii) Right of deletion
